This fabulous fudge is a bit of a fusion with khoya, the gooey chocolate and nutty walnuts. The end result, lots of hearty smiles and fingers to lick CHOCOLATE WALNUT FUDGEIngredients cup chopped dark chocolate cup chopped walnuts + for sprinkling4 tbsps butter1 cup condensed milk cup grated mawa tsp vanilla essenceMethod1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add chocolate and continuously stir till it melts. 2. Add condensed milk and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes while stirring continuously. 3. Add in the walnuts and mix well.4. Add mawa and vanilla essence and continuously mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into a greased burfi tray and spread it evenly. 5. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and allow to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.6. Cut the fudge into squares and arrange on a serving plate. Serve.
