This should be 1/2 Cup milk, NOT 1 Cup) 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1/2 Cup Boiling WaterDirections1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl: Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, Sugar, and Cocoa Powder.2. Add the wet ingredients: Egg, Oil, Milk, and Vanilla and mix. 3. Add in boiling water and mix again.4. Pour batter into 6 inch circular pan (or 7 inch circular pan / bunt pan). 5. Open the lid. Add 1 cup of water, place trivet, then pan inside the liner.6. Close the lid and set manual for 40 minutes7. When done, NPR (natural pressure release - wait for the pressure to release naturally once done).8.
