Chingri Bhorta - Spicy Stir-fried Prawn PasteSpicy Prawn mash with Onion, Garlic & little help from mustard paste and lots of green chilies and drizzle of raw mustard oil to induce the kick in it.Chingri Bhorta (Prawn Paste)Ingredients:1 cup Prawns, Deveined, de-shelled¼ cup Onion, chopped1 tsp Garlic, minced1-2 Green chili, chopped2 dried red chili½ tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Red chili powder3 tbsp Mustard oilSalt to tasteMethod:1. Apply turmeric powder and salt to taste to the prawns 2. Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in a pan and sauté the prawns for a minute, drain and keep aside 3. Heat 1 tbsp in a same pan add dried red chili, onion, garlic and green chili and sauté till the garlic emits a nice aroma. Add red chili powder, salt and mix well 4.
