Chinese Honey Ribs in the Instant PotIngredients:2 lbs pork ribs cut into 1 size3 tablespoons Honey1 cup of WaterFor Marinade: 1 teaspoon Salt1/2 teaspoon Black pepper2 tablespoons Soy Sauce1 teaspoon Sesame Oil1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)2 tablespoons CornstarchDirections:1. Combine salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce with ribs.2. Add in cornstarch and mix again 3. Marinate ribs for at least 20 minutes in the fridge.4. Open instant pot, add in oil, then ribs, then honey and water. 5. Close instant pot. Select pressure cook, high pressure, for 5 minutes. 6. When done, release the pressure. 7. Select Saut on more for 10 minutes. Stir occasional so bottom doesnt burn until sauce reduces and carmelizes. Remove from heat and serve.
