Chickpeas Veggie Soup recipe

This soup has so many levels of comfort: you can taste the freshness of the different veggies, the mix of spices gives a warm kick to it, the chickpeas and potatoes assure a creamy texture. I can go on and on, but I simply suggest you cook it and let me know in the comments here below.

INGREDIENTS:
1 medium onion
1 medium leek
4 garlic cloves
2 big tomatoes
2 zucchini
2 scallions
bunch of kale
2 medium potatoes
3 chickpeas cans
water/broth to cover the veggies
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp sea salt
4/5 sprigs fresh herbs (thyme/marjoram)

Simmer the soup for 30 min once all the ingredients are in.
