You could use most tomatoes. Except evil onesAdd in a teaspoon of salt...but probably two Add in some cumin if you feel like it (a couple teaspoons ish)Add in some oregano, or Mexican oregano, or as they call it in Mexico,: organoGet that cauldron bubbling until you can feel the spirits fill the roomAdd in 3 chicken breasts and simmer for 25 minutes Take the pot off the heat and take the chicken breasts out and shred Once the sauce has cooled enough use a stick blender to make it smoothAdd the shreds back in Adjust the salt and cook it until it's a consistency you like Make sure to fry your tortillas Add some chicken, lime crema, avocado, cilantro, and cotija cheese Accept your award for Excellent in Pot Size Estimation Try not to brag too much to your friends because some people really struggle with estimating liquid volume and it's not fair that you were born with such a tremendous gift.
