Chicken Tikka Tacos | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Taco shells stuffed with spicy chicken mixture, salad and a dollop of yogurt.

CHICKEN TIKKA TACOS

Ingredients

1 cup cooked chicken tikka
8 taco shells
2 medium green capsicums, deseeded and cut into strips
2 medium onions, sliced
1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
1½ teaspoons chaat masala
Salt to taste
Juice of ½ lemon
½ cup yogurt
1 cup shredded Iceberg lettuce

Method

1. Shred chicken tikka.
2. To make the salad, combine capsicums, onions, carrot, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, salt and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
3. Take yogurt in another bowl. Add remaining chaat masala and mix well.
4. Stuff the taco shells with shredded chicken. Top with the prepared salad, lettuce and a dollop of yogurt.
5. Serve immediately.
