Ingredients:

8 Chicken Leg Pieces
1 Cup Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Crush
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
2 tbsp Mix Masala
1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
Oil

८ चिकन लेग पिसेस
१ कप कोथिंबीर
२ tbsp आलं लसूण पेस्ट
१/२ लिंबाचा रस
१ tbsp धणा पावडर
२ tbsp Mix मसाला
१ tbsp किचन किंग मसाला
१/२ tsp हळद
मीठ
तेल

Method:

- To make the kabab, in a bowl take chicken pieces.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with coriander leaves, ginger garlic crush, turmeric powder, salt, mix masala, lemon juice, coriander seeds powder, salt & kitchen king masala.
- In a frying pan heat some oil. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken pieces.
- Put a lid and allow the chicken pieces to cook for 20 minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot!
