Ingredients:-½ kg. ChickenFor Dry Red Masala:-1 tsp. Oil5 Black Peppercorns8 Cloves 1 tbsp. Poppy Seeds½ Mace½ Stone Flower1 tbsp. Coriander Seeds1” Cinnamon8 Dry Red ChilliesFor Green Masala:-½’’ Ginger15 Garlic Cloves2 Green Chillies1 cup Coriander LeavesWaterFor White Masala:-1 tbsp. Oil1 Onlon Sliced½ cup Grated CoconutFor Final Preparation:-2-3 tbsp. Oil1 Onion ChoppedTamarind Juice of upto a Lemon sized ball of tamarindMethod:-The Dry Red Masala:-- In a pan heat oil and roast black peppercorns, cloves, poppy seeds, mace, stone flower, coriander seeds, cinnamon and red chillies and then grind them in a mixer/grinder.The Green Masala:-- In the mixer/grinder mix ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander leaves to a paste.The Marination:-- In a bowl take the chicken and mix the green masala, turmeric powder and salt properly in it and keep aside.The White Masala:-- In a pan heat oil and roast the onions and coconut until golden brown in colour. Then grind the roasted ingredients in a mixer/grinder.Final Preparation:-- In a kadhai heat oil and saute onion in it.
