Here is how you can easily prepare it at home.Ingredients:1/2 kg boneless Chicken cut into small pieces1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Pepper powder3/4 tsp Garam masala1 cup Oil1 tsp Mustard seeds1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds1 tsp Fennel15 thinly sliced Garlic pods2 inch Ginger thinly sliced3 chopped Green Chillies3 chopped dry Red Chillies1/4 tsp Hing21/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder1/4 cup Vinegar/Lime juiceCurry leavesSalt to tasteMethod: Marinate Chicken pieces with Pepper powder, turmeric powder, Garam masala and Salt. Refrigerate for an hour. Heat 1 cup Oil and fry the marinated Chicken in small batches till crisp and brown. Remove the Chicken pieces from Oil and keep aside. In the remaining Oil splutter Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds and Fennel. Add the Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies, Red Chillies, Curry leaves and fry till the Garlic turns brown. Put in the Hing, Kashmiri Chilli powder and Salt and saute for a minute. Then add the fried Chicken and saute for 2 minutes. Finally, add Vinegar/Lime juice and mix well.
