Our bite-sized Chicken Nuggets are tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Coated in a homestyle seasoned breading, they are perfect for dipping in any of our delicious dipping sauces. Try out this juicy burger.

CHICKEN NUGGET BURGER

Ingredients

8 chicken nuggets
4 burger buns
Oil for deep-frying
2 teaspoons butter
2 tablespoons green chutney
¼ cup mayonnaise
Few iceberg lettuce leaves
1 medium onion, cut into thin roundels
1 medium tomato, cut into thin roundels
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
4 cheese slices

Method

1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Put the chicken nuggets and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
2. Halve the buns horizontally.
3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Put butter, place the buns halves with cut side downwards and toast till golden brown.
4. To prepare mint-mayo spread, mix together green chutney and mayonnaise in a bowl.
5. To prepare one burger, apply some mint-mayo spread on the toasted side of the bun halves. Place 1-2 torn lettuce leaves, 2-3 chicken nuggets, 1 onion roundel, 1 tomato roundel on the base of the halved bun and sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns on top.
6. Place one cheese slice and cover with the top halve of the bun.
7. Serve.
