CHICKEN LOLLIPOPIngredients8-12 chicken lollipops1½ tablespoons garlic paste1½-2 tablespoons red chilli paste1 tablespoon light soy sauce1 teaspoon vinegarWhite pepper powder to tasteSalt to taste1-2 tablespoons cornstarchOil for greasingMixed bell pepper curls for garnishingSchezwan sauce for servingMethod1. Take garlic paste in a bowl. Add red chilli paste, soy sauce, vinegar, white pepper powder and salt and mix. 2. Add chicken lollipops and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 30-35 minutes.3. Preheat oven to 200º C. Line a baking tray with an aluminium foil. Add cornstarch and mix well.4. Grease the lined tray with some oil and place the prepared lollipops.5. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.6.
