CHICKEN LOLLIPOP

Ingredients

8-12 chicken lollipops
1½ tablespoons garlic paste
1½-2 tablespoons red chilli paste
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
White pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
Oil for greasing
Mixed bell pepper curls for garnishing
Schezwan sauce for serving

Method

1. Take garlic paste in a bowl. Add red chilli paste, soy sauce, vinegar, white pepper powder and salt and mix.
2. Add chicken lollipops and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 30-35 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 200º C. Line a baking tray with an aluminium foil. Add cornstarch and mix well.
4. Grease the lined tray with some oil and place the prepared lollipops.
5. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
6. Garnish the serving platter with mixed bell pepper curls and serve hot with schezwan sauce.
