Classic, delicious, chicken fried rice!INGREDIENTS:- 624 g cooked white rice- 200 g mixed veggies: diced carrots, corn, peas and mushrooms- 267 g chicken breast, diced- 200 g eggs (we used 3 jumbo eggs, one was double yolk!)- 3 stalks green onion- 15 g corn starch- 20 ml oyster sauce- 10 g salt- 50 ml oilDIRECTIONS:1. add a dash of salt, corn starch, and a little bit of egg to the diced chicken and mix evenly2. add the rest of the egg into cooked rice and mix evenly3. pour half of the oil into a pan on medium heat4. stir-fry the chicken and take out once it's cooked5. pour in the rest of the oil and add in the rice, chopped green onions, mixed veggies, the rest of the salt, cooked chicken, and oyster sauce6. stir-fry for a 1-2 more minutes7. serve and enjoy!MUSIC:Song: "Peritune - Sakuya2" is under a Creative Commons license (CC-BY)Music promoted by BreakingCopyright: https://youtu.be/2QSW80F7xfk
