Few ovens may require little more temperatures than the above. If your oven is one of those, adjusted temperatures are 450° for 20 minutes and then 425° for 30 minutes.Tip: sprinkle little ( around a half cup) hot water on rice before you put it in the oven. use water that you used to boil rice for better flavor.
