Low Carb Chicken Crust Pizza:
Ingredients for topping:
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Egg 1
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
Green chili paste 2 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Ginger powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Ingredients for topping:
Pizza sauce as required
Cheese (mozzarella + cheddar) as required
Mushroom (sliced) as required
Black olives (sliced) as required
Capsicum (cube) as required
Onions (diced) as required
Jalapenos (sliced) as required
Chili flakes for sprinkle
Oregano for sprinkle
Directions:
In a bowl add mince, egg, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, green chili paste, onion, garlic powder, ginger powder and coriander powder.
Mix all these ingredients well in mince until well combined. Marinate it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Option 1:
Take a pizza pan, cover it with parchment paper, grease it and spread half chicken mince on it in round shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Take it out of oven and let it cool down a bit.
Now top your crust with pizza sauce, cheese, veggies, sprinkle chili flakes and oregano on top.
Now bake it again for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Your mince crust pizza is ready.
Option 2:
Cover a board with cling film, spread remaining chicken mince and give it a round shape.
Freeze it for one hour. Grease a pan with oil; cook the refrigerated mince crust for 4 to 5 minutes.
Flip and cook again for 4 to 5 minutes and spread pizza sauce on top.
Spread cheese, veggies then sprinkle chili flakes and oregano on top.
Cover and cook on medium low flame for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Your mince crust pizza is ready to serve.

Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
