Toss in some veggies with a sauce and your crispy spicy dish is a big hit among your family members.Serve Indo Chinese Crispy Chicken with Hakka Noodles or Chicken Fried Rice for a weekend dinner with your friends and family.Hakka Noodles - https://youtu.be/s30MMk7gD8IChicken Fried Rice - https://youtu.be/sRLaMPOR5wUIngredients for Marinade:(Serve 4)- 250 gms Chicken boneless- 1 tsp Vinegar- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder- Salt- Egg White- 1/4 cup Corn Flour- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour- 2 tbsp WaterIngredients for Sauce:- 1/4 cup Schezwan Sauce- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce- 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce- 1/2 tsp Vinegar- Oil For Frying Boneless Chicken- 1 tbsp Oil- 2 tbsp Garlic Cloves(chopped)- 2 Green Chillies(chopped)- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder- 4 Spring Onion Leaves- 1 Capsicum(diced)- Salt- 1/2 tsp Sugar- 2 tbsp Corn Flour - 1/4 cup WaterMethod:1. Take boneless chicken pieces in a large bowl, and add in vinegar, black pepper powder, salt, egg white, cornflour, and all-purpose flour 2. Mix all of it and coat chicken pieces with the mixture3. Now, add water to the bowl and mix it again4. Keep this chicken aside for 1 hour to marinate5. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the hot oil one by one and take it out once they turn golden brown 6. Now, in a small bowl, take schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce and mix it all together7. Add vinegar to the sauce; mix it, and keep it aside8. Now, heat a pan and add oil to it9. Once the oil is heated, add chopped garlic cloves and saute it 10. Now, add chopped green chillies, black pepper powder, spring onion leaves, capsicum, salt and add the sauce which was prepared and kept aside11. Stir this mixture, and add sugar to it12. Now, take cornflour and add water to it and mix it 13. Add this to the sauce and mix it 14. Now, add the fried chicken to the sauce and coat the chicken completely with the sauce 15.
