Chicken Corn Chowder Soup
Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken yakhni (Stock) 1 litre
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & Cup
-Olpers Dairy Cream 200ml
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 3-4 tbs
-Chicken boneless cubes 250g
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Gajar (Carrot) grated Cup
-Celery chopped Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Lal aalo (Red potatoes) peeled & cubes 2 Cups
-Corn kernels boiled 2 Cups
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp
-Dried thyme 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Worcestershire sauce 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped

Directions:
-In a saucepan,add chicken stock,milk,cream,whisk well and bring it to boil,cover partially & cook on low flame for 14-15 minutes.
-Remove scum & excess cream layer from the milk & reserve milk & stock mixture for later use.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add chicken and mix well until it changes color.
-Add garlic,onion,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add carrot,celery,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add milk & stock mixture and mix well.
-Add red potatoes,corn kernels,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add black pepper crushed,dried thyme,salt,worcestershire sauce and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
-Garnish with green onion & serve!

-Saucepan mein chicken yakhni,doodh aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur ubal anay ka bad partially dhak dein aur halki ancch per 14-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Scum & excess cream layer ko nikal ker discard ker dein aur milk & stock mixture ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lehsan aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Gajar aur celery dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Doodh & stock mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lal aalo aur corn kernels dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Kali mirch crushed,dried thyme,namak aur worcestershire sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara pyaz sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
