Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Break broccoli into small pieces. 2. Mix all ingredients A (including grated ginger n garlic) in a bowl. Marinate chicken pieces in the bowl for 30 minutes. 3. Pat-dry the chicken with paper towels. Coat with potato starch. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Cook the chicken pieces over medium heat until golden. Turn the chicken, add broccoli. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes. (Make sure both sides of chicken are cooked.) 5. Mix all ingredients B in a bowl. Put chicken and broccoli (4) into the bowl and coat with the sauce.
