蠔油西蘭花雞 Chicken Broccoli in Oyster Sauce : One pan method. | HAPPY WOK

Retired Chef Cook, Mr. Fai Lee. show you how to make this delicious crunchy Broccoli with chicken. Home chinese cooking, One pan method. No need to para-boiled / blanching the veggie in separate pan. And still retained the emerald green appetizing color. Save time and washing other kitchen utensils.

Ingredient list:
Chicken
Broccoli
Ginger (minced)
Garlic (minced)
Light soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
Cooking oil (peanut oil 100%pure)
Tapioca starch
Water for starch
Dark soy sauce
Chicken stock


Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken w soy sauce, starch, and cooking oil
2. Make starch mixture (starch and water) set aside
3. When wok is hot, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil
4. Add ginger
5. Add garlic (stir 7-10sec)
6. Add chicken (4-6 min)
7. Remove chicken
8. Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil
9. Add broccoli, oyster sauce, and chicken stock
10. Mix for a bit. Then cover and simmer 2-3 min
11. Add starch mixture, chicken, and a bit of sesame oil
12. Add 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce

DONE !!! So delicious!!
