Marinate chicken w soy sauce, starch, and cooking oil2. Make starch mixture (starch and water) set aside3. When wok is hot, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil4. Add ginger5. Add garlic (stir 7-10sec)6. Add chicken (4-6 min)7. Remove chicken 8. Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil9. Add broccoli, oyster sauce, and chicken stock10. Mix for a bit. Then cover and simmer 2-3 min11.
