A pizza layered with pesto sauce and topped with chicken and artichokes.CHICKEN AND ARTICHOKE PIZZAIngredients¾ cup boiled and shredded chicken100 grams tinned artichokeReadymade pizza dough as required Refined flour for dustingPesto for spreading 8-10 garlic cloves, sliced and fried6-7 green olives, pitted and sliced6-7 black olives, pitted and slicedCrushed black peppercorns to tasteSalt to taste10-12 fresh basil leaves 50 grams mozzarella cheeseOlive oil for drizzlingMethod1. Preheat oven at 180° C. Dust a baking tray with some flour.2. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and knock back to release excess air. Roll out into a square sheet.3. Place the sheet on the dusted tray and dork using a knife. Spread pesto and top with artichoke, chicken, garlic, green olives and black olives. Sprinkle crushed peppercorns, and salt on top.4. Place few basil leaves, grate mozzarella cheese and drizzle olive oil on top. Put the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.5.
