This Chia Banana Fig Smoothie Recipe has just a hint of sweet from the figs and huge amount of flavour!

Ingredients:
½ cup (125 mL) coconut water
1 dried fig
1 Tbsp (15 mL) chia
½ banana, peeled of course

Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend.
Enjoy.
Yield: ¾ cup (175 mL)
Serves: 1
