Chettinad Chicken Fry by Spicy Kitchen

Turmeric Powder - 3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Lemon - 1
Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 3/4 tsp
Coriander Seeds- 1.5 tbs
Fennel Seeds - 1.5 tsp
Marathi Moggu - 2
Star Anise - 2 flower
cloves - 14
cinnamon - 2 inch stick or equal to cloves
Black Peppercorn - 1 to 1.5 tsp
Red Chilli- 10
Bay Leaves -2
Mace - small piece
Coconut Slices - 45g
tamarind - 15g
Green Cardamom - 6
onions- use 2 medium onions or use equivalent sambar onions /shallots if you have them. sambar onions will give better taste for this recipe.
Salt as needed
Oil as needed
Coriander Leaves as needed
