Do not forget to share your feedback with us.#SaffronRice #CheloKabab #GuardRice #SooperChefIngredients for Chelo Kabab:Beef mince + fat 800 g + 200 gOnion (grated) 1 cupEgg 1 Turmeric powder 1 tspCoriander powder 1 ½ tspAmchoor powder 1 tspSalt 1 tspRed chili flakes 2 tspBlack pepper powder 1 tspGarlic paste 1 tbspBaking soda 1 tspLemon juice 1 tbspSumac (optional) 1/2 tspOil 2 tbspIngredients for Saffron Rice:Saffron + water 1 tbsp + 1 tbspGuard Basmati Rice 2 cupsWater (for soaking) as requiredWater (For boiling) as requiredCinnamon stick 1 inchGreen cardamom 3Bay leaves 2-3Star anise 2Cloves 8-10Butter 2 tbspSalt 1 tspOil 1 tbspCashew nuts 1/4 cupGreen coriander (for garnishing)Ingredients for Grilled Vegetables:Green chilies (long) as requiredTomatoes (half cut) as requiredOnion (half cut) as requiredDirections for Chelo Kabab Preparation:1. In a bowl add beef mince, fat. Onion, egg, turmeric, coriander powder, amchoor powder, salt, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, garlic paste, baking soda, lemon juice, sumac, oil and mix well. Note: You can add mixture of amchoor powder and coriander powder instead of sumac as well.2. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour. Now take the BBQ Skewers, place the prepared kabab mixture on it and make the long kabab shape. 3. Grill the prepared kabab skewers until they are light golden in color. Brush with oil while grilling. Set aside.Directions for Saffron Rice Preparation:4. Add Guard Basmati Rice and water in a bowl. Soak for 25-30 minutes.5. In a pot add water, salt, oil, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, bay leaf, star anise, cloves and bring the water to boil.6. Now add soaked rice and boil until 85% done. Now strain and save half of the rice for later use.7. Now in another pot, heat butter and add cashew nuts, cook for 1-2 minutes, now add saffron water and mix well. Now add half of the boiled rice, mix well until even in color. Set side.Directions for Grilled Vegetables:8. Place the veggies on BBQ Skewers and grill them for 2-3 minutes.
