I love this recipe when I have zero time to cook. To make it faster you can also use frozen broccoli so that you will skip 5 min chopping the fresh ones.Ingredients: 1 lb pasta 1 Tbsp sea salt to boil the pasta 2 Tbsp ricotta cheese 2 Tbsp cream cheese 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheeseThats it!When the pasta water is boiling add the sea salt, pasta AND broccoli. Follow the cooking time on the pasta package, reserve 1 cup of boiling water to thin the sauce, drain and add the other ingredients.
