Cheese Stuffed Pretzel Crust Pizza - How To Fix Kitchen Failures | Pro Home Cooks

Today we are trying something new, I was rushed, I wanted to put this video out but I wasn't really allowing myself enough time to do it properly. Sure I could have ditched the video and done it again, it would have come out much better, look nicer and feel more complete, but f$ck it I say! Why not take a moment to show you guys what happens when a recipe goes horribly wrong and how to fix it and end up with some edible and hopefully delicious. Cooking in between the lines.

INGREDIENTS:
• Pizza dough
• String cheese
• Pizza sauce
• Shredded mozzarella cheese
• Baking soda
• Coarse sea salt

• Stretch out your pizza dough.
• Place some string cheese all around the edge of the dough and fold the ends of the dough over the cheese and tuck.
• In a pot add water and add in some baking soda and bring to a boil. Toss in your pizza dough. Boil for 1 minute and remove.
• Sprinkle your pizza crust with coarse salt.
• Spread on your pizza sauce, top with shredded cheese and pepperoni.
• Back at 400 for 15- 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Not pretty but pretty tasty!
