Cheese Burst Cheese Burst Vadapav Recipe Archana

The love of every Mumbaikars life is vada pav. Vada pav is a must-have for not only them but also for any tourist to the city. This cheese burst vada pav is a mouthwateringly delicious vada pav that is bursting with flavors and spices. Chef Archana made the potato mixture with grated mozzarella cheese before drenching it in flour batter and deep-frying it.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli (crushed)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
10-12 Curry Leaves
3-4 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
tsp Turmeric Powder
Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
Cheese (grated)
250 gms Gram Flour
tsp Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt(as per taste)
Water (as required)
Oil (for frying)

For Chutney
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
15-20 Garlic Cloves
