How time flies!Ingredients:1 head cauliflower, cut up45 mL (3 Tbsp) oil 5 mL (1 tsp) cumin seeds 3 chiles, cut up1" piece ginger, julienned15 mL (1 Tbsp) ground coriander2 mL (½ tsp) chili powder1 mL (¼ tsp) turmeric 5 mL (1 tsp) salt 1-2 tomatoes, crushed Method:Preheat oven to 150ºC (300ºF).Heat the oil in a small skillet on high heat. Add the cumin seeds and stir for 30 seconds or so to toast. Add the chiles, ginger, coriander, chili powder, turmeric, salt, and tomato; mix well.Add the cauliflower, and stir to coat.Add a little water if necessary, then cover and cook in the oven for for 2 hours.
