Carrot Kheer by Spicy Kitchen

Ingredients:

Milk - 500 ml
Carrots -2
Almonds -8 whole
Cashews - 5 whoe or 10 splitted
green pistachios - 6 whole
Green Cardamom -4
Sugar 3 to 4 tbs
Ghee/ Butter as needed
Crushed Almonds - 5 whole
Crushed Cashews - 5 whole
Crushed green pistachios - 5 whole
Chironji seeds- equal quantity with crushed nuts.
