Cantonese Beef Congee

For Dim Sum Lovers. This Beef Congee is good for your cold and hungry tummy. Specially during rainy season or cold winter season. So easy to make with few inexpensive ingredients. A cup of rice makes several 4 to 6 serving. Enjoy.

8 oz. ground beef
1 oz. ginger, thinly julienned
1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
pinch white pepper
1 Tbs. green onion, chopped
