To win some really cool goodies, follow the video till the end & participate in the contest!Ingredients5 leaves of cabbage250 gm cottage cheese½ red bell pepper finely chopped½ green capsicum finely chopped½ cup of corn niblet boiledA pinch of pepper1 green chilli finely choppedSalt to tastePakoda mixCloves to secure the parcel foldsOil for fryingMethod:Boil a liter of water with little salt and put the cabbage leaves in the hot water for 2 minutes before removing themIn a bowl crumble the cottage cheese and add the red bell pepper, capsicum, corn, green chilies, salt and pepper and mix wellTake a cabbage leaf and place a small portion of the cottage cheese in the center of the leaf Fold the leaf and secure the edges with a clove.Add water to the pakoda mix and make a thick batter.
