Treat yourself with this zara-hatke kebabs with shredded green and purple cabbage. An amazing texture, flavour and requires everyday ingredients. A must-try!CABBAGE KEBABSIngredients1 cup shredded cabbage1 cup shredded purple cabbage2 tsps butter 1 tsp oil2 tsps chopped garlic1 medium onion1 green chilliSalt to taste½ tsp red chilli powderA pinch of turmeric powder1 tsp Tata Sampann Kitchen King Masala1 cup thick yogurt1½ tbsps honey 1 garlic clove2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled½ cup dried breadcrumbsA pinch of roasted cumin powderOil for shallow fryingMethod1. Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan; add garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Add onion, green chilli and sauté till translucent.2. Add cabbage, red cabbage and sauté for 2 minutes. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Tata Sampann Kitchen King Masala and cook for 2 minutes.3. Take the pan off the heat and transfer the mixture on a plate. Allow to cool.4. For the dip, take yogurt in a bowl. Add honey. Grate a clove of garlic, add salt and mix well. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.5. Grate the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add the cabbage mixture, breadcrumbs, adjust the salt and add roasted cumin powder. Mix well.6. Divide the mixture into equal portions, flatten and shape into tikkis.7. Heat a nonstick tawa and drizzle some oil. Shallow fry the prepared tikkis till golden brown and crisp on both the sides.8. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with the prepared dip.
