Cabbage Fry
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 3 Cups
-Kary (Raw mango) grated 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2-3
-Pyaz (onion) chopped 1 medium
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Baisan (Gram flour) 2 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
-Kari pata (Curry leaves) 15-20
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In bowl,add cabbage,raw mango,green chillies,onion,fresh coriander and mix well.
-Add red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,gram flour,mix well & set aside.
-In wok,add cooking oil,garlic,button red chillies and mix.
-Add cumin seeds,curry leaves and mix well.
-Now add cabbage mixture and mix well.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

-Bowl mein bund gobhi,kary,hari mirch,pyaz aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lal mirch powder,haldee powder,dhania powder,namak aur baisan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil,lehsan aur sabut lal mirch dal ker mix karein.
-Zeera aur kari pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab bund gobhi mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
