Bulgur and Spinach Soup Recipe

Auntie Saniye is sharing a simple but nutritious soup recipe with us today. We hope you enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch of rinsed and chopped spinach
Half a cup of bulgur wheat, soaked in half a cup of hot water for 10 minutes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
Some salt
Water
Optionally, you can add your preferred spices as well.
