Broccolini Ohitashi | Graces Japanese Cooking

Hellooo! So broccolini. They remind me of “nanohana”, a Japanese edible flowering rapeseed plant:) Nanohana is often prepared as an ohitashi. Boiled, chilled, then enjoyed with a simple drizzle of soy sauce topped with bonito flakes and sometimes ground sesame. So simple but yet so flavorful:) It was just as good with broccolini
