Breakfast Almond Pancakes with Aiken Chia #shorts

Ingredients:
120g Almond flour
2 Eggs
80ml Almond/soy milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
10g Baking powder
15g Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Melted butter

Topping:
Maple syrup
Blueberries
Crushed almonds

Steps:
1. Mix wet ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2. Mix dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
3. Whisk wet mixture into dry mixture evenly.
4. Whisk in melted butter.
5. Butter pan over medium heat.
6. Ladle batter into pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, flip over and cook for 1-2 minutes.
7. Serve pancakes with maple syrup, blueberries and crushed almonds.
