Bread Sticks
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Neem garam doodh (Lukewarm milk) 1 Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Dry milk powder 3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1-2 tbs
-Cooking oil ½ tsp
-Anday ki safeedi (Egg white) 1
-Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
-Safed til (Sesame seed) to sprinkle

Directions:
-In lukewarm milk,add sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,dry milk powder,salt and mix well.
-Add dissolve yeast mixture and mix well.
-Gradually add water and mix well.
-Add cooking oil and knead well.
-Add all-purpose flour and knead until smooth dough is formed.
-Add cooking oil and knead again,cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until double in size (warm place).
-Knead dough again then divide dough into 14-15 strips (7 inches) and shape each into a uniform roll or long breadsticks.
-On baking tray,lined with butter paper,place prepared bread sticks.
-In egg white,add water and mix well.
-Brush breadsticks with egg white+water and sprinkle sesame seeds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 18-20 minutes.

Ajza:
-Neem garam doodh (Lukewarm milk) 1 Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Dry milk powder 3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1-2 tbs
-Cooking oil ½ tsp
-Anday ki safeedi (Egg white) 1
-Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
-Safed til (Sesame seed) to sprinkle

Directions:
-Neem garam doodh mein cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,dry milk powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dissolve khameer ka mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan ghond lein.
-Maida dal dein aur ghond ker smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker dubara ghond lein aur dhak ker 1 hour ya size double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Dough ko dubara ghond ker 14-15 strips (7 inches) mein divide ker lein aur her strips ko uniform roll ya long breadstick ki shape bana lein.
-Baking tray per butter paper laga ker tayyar breadsticks rakh dein.
-Anday ki safeedi mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Breadsticks per brush ki madad sa anday ki safeedi+pani laga lein aur safed til chirak dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 18-20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
