Breading for Fish - Fish Breading Recipe

Chef Jason Hill shares his favorite fish breading recipe in this episode of "Chef Tips."

This breading for fish uses 3 cups panko bread crumbs, 1 cup flour, 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts, 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves and 1 egg whisked with 1/4 cup coconut milk. It's perfect for macadamia crusted mahi mahi or any other firm white fish.
