Ingredients:-
For Sugar Syrup:-
2 cup Sugar
3½ cup Water
Cardamom Powder, to taste

For Gulab Jamun:-
8-9 Bread slices, sides cut off
Milk, boil and set aside
Almond peels for garnish


Method:-
- Heat water and sugar together and add cardamom powder to it to form a sugar syrup.
- Grind the bread slices in a mixer/grinder.
- Add milk to the ground bread and form a dough.
- Make lemon-sized balls of the dough.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry the dough balls in it until brown in colour.
- Transfer the fried balls to the sugar syrup and turn the flame on and bring to a boil.
- Turn the flame off and let the gulab jamuns rest in the sugar syrup for 5-6 hours.
- Garnish with almond peels and serve.

Bread Gulab Jamun is ready to eat!
