INGREDIENTS
1. Bread Crumbs - 1 1/2 Cup
2. Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Cup
3. All Purpose Flour - 2 Tablespoons
4. Baking Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
5. Baking Powder - 1 Teaspoon
6. Oil - 1/2 Cup
7. Vanilla Essence - 1 Teaspoon
8. Eggs - 3
9. Milk - 1/2 Cup

Powdering the breads in a mixie jar will make bread crumbs. Here I used brown bread. Spread sand or salt on cooker base and pre heat it for 10 minutes. Prepare cake batter in the mean time. To a mixing bowl, add 3 eggs and beat them. Add 1/2 cup oil (any vegetable oil), 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix. Add powdered sugar and mix. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder and mix. Add 2-3 tablespoons all purpose flour and mix. Add bread crumbs and mix. Add milk and mix till cake batter consistency is obtained. Use a steel or aluminium bowl. Spread oil in it. Spread all purpose flour. This will make it easier to separate cake from the bowl. Remove the excess flour. Pour the prepared batter and spread it. Garnish with dry fruits and tooti fruties. Place the bowl in the pre heated cooker. Heat the cooker for 10 minutes on medium flame. Put it on low flame for 15 minutes. Check the cake by inserting a toothpick. IF the tooth pick comes out clean then the cake is ready. Let the cake cool down for 10 minutes. Separate the cake with a knife and flip it onto a plate. Flip it again using a different plate.
