Braided Paratha Pockets
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) 250 gms
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried basil leaves 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1/4 Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1/4 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1/4 Cup
-Black olives 1-2 tbs
-Monsalwa Plain paratha
-Pizza sauce as required
-Cheddar cheese grated as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) whisked
-Kalay til (Black sesame seeds)

Directions:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,beef mince,mix well until changes color.
-Add garlic and mix well.
-Add paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add dried basil leaves,soy sauce,mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add milk,mix well and cook until dries up.
-Add onion,capsicum,black olive and mix well.
-Let it cool down.
-Grease butter paper with oil and place plain paratha.
-Make slits/cuts with the help of knife on both of the longer sides.
-Add & spread pizza sauce,cheddar cheese,cooked beef filling,mozzarella cheese and fresh parsley.
-Start bringing the topmost slit ends across from each other alternately.
-Keep going, remember to alternate, Left to right...right to left (makes 4-5).
-With the help of the brush,apply egg on braided bread and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
-On baking tray and place the braided bread.
-Can be stored in freezer for 1 month.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 25 minutes.

-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Paprika powder,kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dried basil leaves sur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Maida dal ker 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker mix karein aur sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Pyaz,shimla mirch aur black olives dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Butter paper ko oil sa grease karein aur plain paratha rakh dein.
-Ab bread ki dono sides per knife ki madad sa slits/cuts laga lein.
-Pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein,cheddar cheese,cooked beef filling,mozzarella cheese aur fresh parsley dal dein.
-Braid ki tarhan overlap kertay hoye bread ka cuts ko alternately bundd kertay jayein (makes 4-5).
-Brush ki madad sa braided bread per anda laga lein aur kalay til chirak lein.
-Baking tray per braided bread ko rakh dein.
-1 month tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
