Ingredients

500 grams boti
1 tbsp coconut
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 number dry garam masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp red chilli powder
as needed salt
pich turmeric

Directions

Clean in hot water and cut all the meat and keep it aside.

Take a pan add oil, garam masala, onion chopped, salt,mix well then add ginger garlic,turmeric,all meat and mix well if required add water to cook.

Now add coriander powder, coconut powder,red chilli powder mix well cook till meat is tender if required pressure cook.

once meat is tender add garam masala,coriander chopped
