Boondi ladoo recipe, Boondi ke Ladoo, boondi laddu in hindi बूंदी के लडडू how to make boondi ladoo recipe or Boondi ke Ladoo is a very famous Indian dessert, Boondi ladoo are the favorite of all and are prepared for any religious rituals or on any special occasion. Ladoo usually made during festive times like Diwali, Holi, Ganesh Chaturthi or at Indian weddings. Taste of Boondi ke Ladoo gets enhance with cashews, raisins, saffron and the light flavor of cardamom. The difference between motichoor ladoo and boondi lodoo is the size of the bondi.

Method:
Step 1- for making sugar syrup
Take a pan add one cup water.
Add sugar and prepare a sugar syrup of one thread consistency by boiling sugar and water together.
Add dissolved saffron and cardamon powder to it.
Mix well.

Step 2 - for making boondi Batter

Take a bowl add gram flour and water .
Mix well to make a batter.
Add little baking soda and 1 tsp oil to it.
And mix well, there should be no lumps.
It should be of flowing consistency.
Leave this batter to rest for 15 mins.
After 15mins, make three parts of this batter.
One part add orange, second part add yellow and third part add yellow color respectively.
Mix well.

Step 3 - dry roasting of dry fruits.
Take a pan and dry roast all chopped dry fruits and keep aside.

Step 4 - for frying boondi
Take a ghee in kadai and heat it.
Take a ladder with holes.
Position it over pan and drain boondis in hot ghee by hitting the strainer on the side of the pan, lifting up then again hitting. This process should be finished very quickly.
Do this in medium flame.
Take all the boondis of all colors.
Fry them to light golden color, drain and keep aside.

Step 5 - Making Ladoos
Add all this fry boondi to sugar syrup.
Mix well.
Leave for 5 mins.
Prepare balls of medium size with hands.

Now your yummy Boondi ke Ladoo is ready to serve.
