Blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry tart recipe - 4th July | BuonaPappa

This is a fresh, inviting, colored, tremendously yummy recipe for a 4th July party (or for any other party!!). Berries are in season, so let's play with their colors and flavors. At the farmer's market I really didn't know which one to choose, so I got a little basket of every kind: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries!!
Two tips for this easy and beautiful recipe: the lemon curd at the bottom of the tart and the homemade whipped cream.
The lemon curd cream gives a delicate twist to the overall sweet flavor of the recipe and very well balances the whipped cream. It is also a nice surprise when you give the first bite!
The homemade whipped cream is fluffy, creamy and light and sooooo easy to make from scratch!! It only takes 5 minutes to make.
For a kids' friendly version I prepared very small tarts that could easily be handled by the tiny hands of my Luca. He loved eating the berries one by one and dipping his fingers in the whipped cream and lemon curd :-)
A bit messy, but so much fun!!
