biyet (Cream Filled Baklava With Phyllo)

Here is the one of the easiest baklava recipe you can make with phyllo sheets. It is cream and walnuts filled Shobiyet (biyet) Baklava. It is as easy as making squares and then fold it to a triangle :)

For the Sobiyet Recipe You will need:
20 sheets of no #4 thin phyllo sheets
about 125gr. butter (or mixed with vegetable oil if you prefer)
For the semolina cream
2 cups milk
3 tbsp full of semolina
about 1+1/2 cups coarsely ground walnuts

For the syrup:
2 cups water
2 + 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 lemon juice
