Biggest Change for me Since Starting Raw Food Diet

Sharing biggest change for me since starting a raw food diet today. At the same time I started following a plant based diet, I also stopped drinking so some things are probably due to both. But the raw vegan lifestyle has definitely been a lifesaver for me.
