Here okra is stir-fried first, so they are not slimy anymore and becomes soft and tender. Then mixed into the medium spicy, tangy yogurt-based thick gravy. The yogurt here makes the gravy slightly tangy and creamy. Whether it’s summer or winter, we use yogurt aka curd or Dahi all day every day. But it is beneficial to consume during the summer months because of its cooling properties. Turmeric Powder 8. 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds9. 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder10. 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder11. 1 Small Bowl Curd12. Salt as per tasteFirst the ladyfingers have to be cut 2 to 3. When all the ladyfingers are cut, then two to three teaspoons of gram flour should be added.Now turn on the gas stove and place a pan on it and keep the pan to be very hot. When the pan is fully heated, add three to four teaspoons of refined oil to it and then heat it. Now add gram flour lady finger and fry it on high heat for 3 to 4 minutesNow we have to prepare the masala. Then turn on the stove and put a pan on it. When the pan gets slightly hot, add 4 to 5 teaspoons of refined oil to it. When the oil gets slightly hot, add whole cumin seeds in it. Then we add small chopped onions and fry the onions for 2 to 3 minutes, now add garlic and chilli paste and add chopped tomatoes. And fry it all together for two minutes and now cook 2 spoons coriander powder, half a teaspoon turmeric, one teaspoon salt and half teaspoon red chili powder, all the spices together on a very low flame and cover it with a lid. Cover for 4 minutes, when all the spices are cooked, then add one bowl of curd to this spice. Curd and spices have to be stirred continuously with a spoon so that the curd does not break. Now add gram flour okra in it and add one and a half cup of water to it and cover it with a lid. Will cook for 5 minutesNow turn off the gas stove and add two pinches of Kasuri methi and keep it covered for half a minute.
