Make this easy to make the recipe at home and let us know in the comments below.Ingredients:-1 kg - Boiled PotatoIngredients for the stuffing:-250 grams Paneer2-3 green chilies - finely choppedCorianderJuice of 1/2 limeSalt to tasteIngredients for the gravy:-4 tbsp oil1 tbsp - cumin seeds1 tsp - ginger paste1 tsp - garlic paste1 tbsp - red chili powder, turmeric powder, dhania-jeera powder5-6 Boiled onion puree1/2 cup cashew paste4 boiled tomato puree1 tsp garam masala1 cup waterSalt to tasteMethod:-Scoop the potato from the middle and fry them.Take the potato out, once it's brown and crispy.In a bowl add scrambled paneer, green chilies, coriander, lime juice, and salt. Mix them well.Take some paneer mixture and stuff them into the potatoes.In a wok, heat oil, add cumin seeds, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dhania-jeera powder and saute them.Add cashew paste and saute it until it starts leaving oil.Add boiled tomato puree, garam masala, some water and salt.Close the lid and cook it for 2 minutes.
