ಬೀಟ್ರೂಟ್ ಹುಳಿ (ಸಾಂಬಾರ್) / beetroot sambar without dal/ beetroot rasam /बीटरूट खट्टा (सांभर) | Arudhi Kitchen

Beetroot is rich in vitamins , minerals and high in iron content. it is very healthy and nutritious.
In this video i am showing how to prepare Beetroot sambar (Huli). Its takes 20 minutes to get ready.

Ingredients:
Beetroot: 4 Nos
Jaggery - 1 Tbsp
Tamarind - 1 Lemon size
Curry leaves - 10 Nos.
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tbsp

For Grinding
Rice - 1 Tbsp
Coriander Seeds - 1.5 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 15 Nos.
Onion - 1 No
Garlic - 3 Nos.
Byadgi red chilli - 4 to 5 Nos.

For Seasoning
Oil - 2 Spn
Mustard Seeds - 1 Spn
Garlic (Smashed ) - 2 Nos.
Red Chilli - 1 No.
Curry leaves - 4 Nos.
Hing- 1 Pinch
Water - 4 glass

Beetroot sambar is a very good combination with rice
