Ingredients for Beef Marination:
Beef fillets 8-10
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Tenderizer powder 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Mayo Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 ½ tbsp
Cream 1/4 cup
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Tahini paste 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Vinaigrette Salad:
Cucumber (julienne) 1 cup
Carrots (julienne) 1 cup
Onion (slices) 1 cup
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Water 1 cup

Ingredients for Red Sauce:
Red chilies (soaked) 12-15
Garlic cloves 4
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp

Directions for Beef Marination:
1. In a bowl add beef fillets, black pepper, salt, cumin powder, garlic powder, red chili flakes, yogurt, oil, tenderizer powder, soy sauce, white pepper, chili powder and marinate the beef well. Refrigerate it for 30 mins.
2. Now wrap the marinated beef fillets in foil and steam them for 40-45 mins or until 85% cooked.
3. Now on a grill, cook each side fully cooked. Brush oil while grilling.
4. Cut the beef fillets into strips and set aside.
Directions for Mayo Sauce Preparation:
5. In a bowl add mayo, garlic, cream, black pepper, salt, tahini paste and mix well. Your mayo sauce is ready.
Directions for Vinaigrette Salad Preparation:
6. In a bowl add water, vinegar, cucumber, carrot, capsicum, onion and soak for 30 minutes. Strain and set aside.
Directions for Red Sauce Preparation:
7. In a blender add red chilies, garlic, salt, vinegar, oil, cumin powder and blend well. Your red sauce is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
8. Take the Pita Bread and toast each side until light golden in color.
9. Serve with beef strips, salad, mayo sauce, red sauce and sprinkle fresh coriander on top.
Preparation time: 10-15 mins
Cooking time: 45-50 mins
