Beef Hofun Rice Noodle Stir Fry | HAPPY WOK

This is one of the most ordered menu in an authentic chinese restaurant by most asian diners. So delicious, that once tasted, always wanted. Let me show you how to make this with this easy to follow cooking video recipe. Enjoy. ( below is a copy of that recipe, also courtesy from Mr. Michael Taylor , again.
List of ingredients: ** created by HAPPY WOK *********
6 oz. ------- beef flank steak (sliced against the grain)
Marinade:
1 tsp ------- each, light soy sauce, corn starch & cooking oil
⅛ tsp ------- each, white pepper, baking soda (to tenderize the beef)
2 Tbsp ----- cooking oil for searing beef (stir-fry)
1 Tbsp ----- ginger root (minced)
2 stalks green onion (cut into 3-inch lengths)
10 oz. ------ fresh ho fun rice noodle (never been refrigerated)
2 Tbsp ----- rice wine (for drizzling)
Seasoning: 2 Tbsp -- dark soy sauce
1 Tbsp -- oyster sauce
1 Tbsp --- sesame oil
2 oz. ----- bean sprout (trimmed)
a pinch --- toasted sesame seeds
NOTE: For lighter color, substitute dark with light soy sauce
